Log in to your wp admin area and click settings in the top right hand corner. Then click 'discussion'. Scroll down and you will see 'before comment appears' and three tick boxes. Untick the 'an administrator must always approve the comment' and save settings. To approve comments you have already had, click the comments tab (just under your domain name in wp admin) and you can approve them there.
