I don’t know if any of you have suffered with a bad back, I now offer my sincere sympathies to those who do. I had to lay some paving stones in the garden a couple of weeks ago, and didn’t realise just how heavy those lumps of concrete are. Well after I had finished and showered I had a cup of coffee and then started to get this stabbing pain in the base of my back, it steadily got worse and I ended up bent over to one side, the pain was..well I’ve never had pain like it. I went to the doctors and he told me I had trapped a nerve and gave me some anti-inflammatory tablets, didn’t tell me they make you feel like..Ugh. Well to keep this short I searched the web for info and got a free report which explained everything and gave some info on how to relieve the pain and guess what it worked
But I’m following the advice I was given, and I didn’t even know how bent over I am when working on the computer, so now I’m getting straight again (forgive the pun). So keeping to my word I’m giving “Understanding and Preventing Lower Back Pain” a plug , you can get your Free copy at www.backpaintogo.com I for one am very grateful for the information, more than my doctor told me!!

Hey Al,
I hope your back is all better now, Sally
