Hey all, sorry it’s been a while since my last post but I’ve had a nerve trapped in my shoulder, and it really hurt.

My doctor gave me all kinds of pain killers and anti-inflammatory tablets and they did not work, I had’nt  had a good night sleep in weeks. The pain in my neck and radiating down my left arm and into my first two finger of my left hand was awful, my fingers felt like the had been burnt, and the pain shot down into my chest.

As a last resort and because the medical institution could only say that I had degenerative arthritis I went and had acupuncture, one session and I feel 100% better still have an ache and soreness but at least I am not in pain and not taking any tablets. I go back this week for a second session and am looking forward to it.

I’ll let you know later how it’s going, but at least now Iam back getting some work done and can sit at the computer and do some typing without pain
