A little poem that many years ago my then boss made me learn.  (thanks Mike Cuddihy)

“THE MAN WHO THINKS HE CAN”

If you think you are beaten, you are;
If you think you dare not, you don’t.
If you’d like to win, but think you can’t
It’s almost a cinch you won’t.
If you think you’ll lose, you’ve lost,
For out in the world we find
Success beings with a fellow’s will;
It’s all in the state of mind.

If you think you’re outclassed, you are:
You’ve got to think high to rise.
You’ve got to be sure of yourself before
You can ever win a prize.
Life’s battles don’t always go
To the stronger or faster man,
But soon or late the man who wins
Is the man who thinks he can.

Things may not always run smoothly and may feel your getting behind, but just keep on going as the man said “It’s all in the state of the mind”

Have you noticed that every man and his dog is trying to sell you the lastest course on How To Get Traffic to your web /squeeze page this month. Does it run in cycles, this month get traffic, next month I’ll learn you how to….and so on and so on.

Fact, Google does not like squeeze pages there is not content, and what does Google like, you got it content. You know there’s no magic formula, trick, bit of software (if there is I stand corrected, I just haven’t had anyone try to sell it to me yet), that will get you traffic.

My friends it’s all down to sch..now.. not to loud HARD WORK yes you’ve got to put the work in you know what to do, Article Marketing, Backlinks, Keywords, Forum Marketing, Classifieds, digging down deep to find the right keywords for your niche.

I’m hoping that you’ll come back and give me some more or perhaps tell me what’s worked for you.

I don’t know if any of you have suffered with a bad back, I now offer my sincere sympathies to those who do. I had to lay some paving stones in the garden a couple of weeks ago, and didn’t realise just how heavy those lumps of concrete are. Well after I had finished and showered I had a cup of coffee and then started to get this stabbing pain in the base of my back, it steadily got worse and I ended up bent over to one side, the pain was..well I’ve never had pain like it. I went to the doctors and he told me I had trapped a nerve and gave me some anti-inflammatory tablets, didn’t tell me they make you feel like..Ugh. Well to keep this short I searched the web for info and got a free report which explained everything  and gave some info on how to relieve the pain and guess what it worked :-) But I’m following the advice I was given, and I didn’t even know how bent over I am when working on the computer, so now I’m getting straight again  (forgive the pun). So keeping to my word I’m giving “Understanding and Preventing Lower Back Pain” a plug , you can get your Free copy at www.backpaintogo.com I for one am very grateful for the information, more than my doctor told me!!
