Following a visit to Mark Austin’s blog http://missioninternetmarketing.com I found Tweetmyblog which will post a tweet whenever you update your blog, the tweet will link back to your blog, driving a ton of interested readers your way and it, highlights your latest tweets on your blogs sidebar thus increasing your twitter following. Yep I’ve just joined Twitter don’t know what’s it’s all about yet, but someone is following me!! I mean I don’t even know this person but it seems they have a link into the warrior forum.

Will let you know how I get on when I’ve figured it all out, I even got a FREE e-book from a guy called Dan, a christmas gift, have’nt read it yet, so I don’t know if it’s any good.

That what it’s like for me at the moment, pure enjoyment and  with a little help from my friends in the Alex Jeffreys community, I have installed Google-Analytics on my blog, and added a few other things on my website. I really am getting to grips with it now.

Listening to the other students getting their web sites and blogs up and running and all getting very excited is a real rush, so many people helping each other is fantastic.

You know I think about how the future is unfolding for me now and how it’s going to get better, you see I’m not some computer techie, in fact it used to scare me to death that I might hit the wrong key, put something in the wrong place, wipe out the programmes, but you know what I’m NOT SCARED ANYMORE.

I have the confidence to do the things I was scared of,  if I make mistakes (which I have ), I don’t panic anymore I know I can fix them and if I can’t I can call on any one of the other students in the community for help, that’s part of being a student of Alex Jeffreys is all about.

Here I was thinking about what to write in my new blog, do I use it as some sort of secret diary? do I tell the world about what I’ve been doing everyday ?  or do I tell you about my journey into Internet Marketing I think YES, I will.

After many years of trying to make a living from the Internet and with little success, even though I bought all the books subscribed to all the so called gurus, but they all sell you short they leave the important bits out, or maybe I was just to lazy to go and find it out myself!!

So when I received an e-mail from Alex Jefferys telling me about his course I thought let’s check this guy out, I e-mailed him and surprise, surprise (no this is not a link to Cilla Black)  I actually got a personal reply from him not only that but alot of helpfull information as well. I signed up for the course, why ? well Alex lives in the Uk in Wales, he is earning a good living but wants to do better, and I liked his style, and the fact he wants to help, so I’ve chosen Alex to be my mentor.

In two short weeks following Alex’s teaching I have uploaded a web site using FTP, I have this blog and changed it’s theme again using FTP. I cannot wait for my next session with Alex which is tonight.
